The customer undertakes to pay the total amount by the end of the production process, for no reason can the order be canceled after the start of production, except for payment of a causal equal to 30% of the total amount.
Cancellation time: 7 days from the issue of the pro-forma invoice. Cancel your order at sales@altitude.eu
Based on the payment method chosen during the purchase, payment or initial installment is due within 7 days. In case of non-payment within 7 days from the issue of the pro-forma invoice, the order will be considered cancelled.
In the event that the customer chooses to pay in 3 installments, he undertakes to process the total amount of the payment within the terms indicated on the invoice sent by email.
